Flynn Rider to leave Magic Kingdom's Tangled play-and-greet

If your child dreams of meeting Flynn Rider at Walt Disney World, this weekend may be his or her last chance for a while. Beginning Sunday, July 3, Rider will no longer be part of the Tangled play-and-greet at the Magic Kingdom, a Disney spokesperson confirmed.

Rapunzel will continue to appear daily in the Fairytale Garden to the right of Cinderella Castle. The experience still will be a play-and-greet — very similar to the current show — but without Rapunzel’s beau. Rapunzel’s attendants will help with coloring pages and dance with young guests. Also, instead of daily show times, the experience will be continual so that more guests can see Rapzunel. The play-and-greet has been enormously popular since it began last fall, I’m told.

My family certainly witnessed the eager crowds when we waited to meet the pair earlier this year. You can read about our experience and see a video of the play-and-greet here .

Another change will come this fall after Rapunzel is crowned the tenth official Disney princess in London. After the ceremony Oct. 2, guests can expect to see Rapunzel wearing her official jeweled tiara in the Disney theme parks.

Look for Rider to make special appearances at Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party and Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party.

But I am sure they are going to use this bill to pull sections out of it and introduce it as amendments. Both sponsors of this bill are Judiciary committee. That makes it possible for them to put amendments not just on the floor, but also in the committee. If they think whole bill will not pass as a single amendment, they will put small pieces of it so that it can pass the roll-call one piece at a time. I think there will be legislation; if not in the next few months, then next year for sure. Note that the movement in EB2-I has been at the cost of EB2-China and EB3-ROW. Also, there are too many people stuck in EB2 as well, so this movement in PDs will come back to a more realistic level pretty soon. I reckon there will be another push after the elections. I myself am not a big fan of the proposal becauses it deminishes efforts put in by legal immigrats like ourselves but regardless consider it necessary for us to support as it currently is the only bill alive including retrogression relief along with amnesty. i doubt that this is the real picture. it is one opinion and full of nonsense. the article tries to defend illegal immigration. that kind of an attitude will never help us who are trying to immigrate legally. also just because legal immigration is a long and difficult process does not mean that it is okay to break the laws and become illegal. those who came here illegally could never have come legally on EB visas. so this kind of rubbish no one will buy. IT WASN'T EASY, it took too long, and it's not done yet -- but before Congress leaves for its August recess, it should have completed a lobbying reform bill that would, for the first time, require disclosure of the bundles of campaign checks that lobbyists bring in for politicians.
